TOPS Chapter (#NH 121)
 TOPS®
(Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is an international, non-profit,
non-commercial weight-loss group, supporting members as they take and
keep off pounds sensibly. Weekly meetings include private weigh-ins and
a program offering positive reinforcement and motivation to follow food
and exercise plans.
The membership fee is $24 annually plus a nominal chapter fee of $5 a month to cover chapter operating expenses.
